Online Store Terms and Conditions

1.0 Agreement

1.1 These are the terms of sale that govern your online purchases through the COMPANY NAMES GOES HERE store. 2.0 Ordering

2.2 Please review your order carefully. Once your order has been accepted for shipment, it may not be changed or canceled.

Your total payment due, including all taxes, shipping and customs charges, if any, will be as set forth in the invoice.

3.0 Payment

Credit card billing occurs when your order ships. 4.0 Shipping

4.2 Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order.  Products shipped via Standard Shipping are delivered within the time period specified in your invoice or on the check-out screen.  If you prefer a faster method of shipment, you may choose to pay for Expedited Shipping. Products shipped via Expedited Shipping are delivered within the time period specified in your invoice or on the check-out screen. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to edit the shipping address. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.

4.3 Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, please contact us to make arrangements for reshipment. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us.

5.0 Pricing Changes & Additional Purchase Terms

7.0 Return and Refund Policy

7.1 Defective products may be exchanged, or returned for a full refund within ten (10) days of product delivery.  After ten (10) days, if you discover what you believe is a product defect for any product that you purchased through the COMPANY NAMES GOES HERE, please contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding the manufacturers' standard warranties.

8.0 Limitation of Liability

9.8 A waiver or default of any of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed to be a continuing waiver, or a waiver of any other default or any other term or condition.

9.9 COMPANY NAMES GOES HERE shall not be liable for any failure to perform according to these Consumer Terms and Conditions, if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, labour dispute, natural disaster, government action or accident.
